Post-consultation Review: Disease Name: Autoimmune Hepatitis. Purpose of Visit: Diagnosis and corticosteroid therapy. After visiting several hospitals without a diagnosis for this rare condition, the cause was finally identified at the Hepatology Department of the Fifth Central Hospital. Drawing on extensive clinical experience, the physician promptly provided a diagnosis and developed a treatment plan involving corticosteroids combined with immunosuppressants. The physician was gentle and patiently explained the precautions and prognosis associated with this condition. Following the medication, my transaminase and bilirubin levels decreased sharply. My condition is currently very stable, which has finally put my mind at ease.
